Following your resting heart rate gives you a better idea just how healthy you are. As you get more physically fit your resting heart rate will decrease.is also common for people who get a lot of physical activity or are very athletic. Physically fit people often have a lower resting heart rate (as low as 40). Your heart muscle is stronger and in better condition and your heart doesn’t need to work as hard to maintain a steady beat.

BIA Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis And Vyvo Watch

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a computation of body fat relative to lean body mass, and other health and nutrition criteria. BIA measures water: total and water inside and outside of cells, body cellular mass, Sodium and Potassium Exchange, fat mass, body mass, protein, ideal weight, and cardiovascular risk.

The total muscular volume consists weight of the lean mass that makes up the muscular fiber. When you increase muscle mass, you can reduce excess fat because muscles consume a lot of energy.
